GlaKam Hockey Foundation’s Terms and Conditions

GlaKam Hockey Foundation welcomes individuals of all ages to support our mission. Certain financial transactions may require additional oversight. Donations made by minors should be in accordance with applicable financial and legal guidelines, and in cases where larger contributions are involved, additional permissions may be required.
Parents and guardians play an important role in their children’s activities including financial contributions and are encouraged to discuss responsible giving with them.
3. Donations
3.1 Purpose
All donations collected are used to support GlaKam Hockey Foundation’s mission, including youth hockey development, the GlaKam’s Roar on Ice Tournament — a breathtaking, once-in-a-lifetime skating adventure set against Africa’s wildest landscapes – community programs, and other charitable initiatives.
3.2 Donations by Minors
We value the generosity of young donors and recognize their enthusiasm for supporting hockey and community initiatives. Contributions made by minors should reflect their personal financial decisions. For larger donations, it may be necessary to ensure that appropriate oversight is in place. GlaKam Hockey Foundation reserves the right to verify transactions and take necessary steps to ensure compliance with financial best practices.
3.3 Refunds
All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to use GlaKam Hockey Foundation’s website and services in a respectful and lawful manner. The following actions are prohibited:
- Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
